I purchased the Advance/Decline line Indicator last week. The installation video was outdated, and it didn’t match the current website. I managed to install the indicator but had questions. After failing to reach anyone by phone, I emailed the company and received a vague reply directing me back to the instructions. After a few days of use, the 1-minute timeframe stopped working. I called during trading hours but got no answer and left a message. It’s been two days with no callback. I like the indicator, but the customer support is severely lacking. I cannot recommend this company.
