I am just under two months in to my four month program with Shaina, and the difference I feel mentally and physically already is so incredible.She has completely changed my mindset around food, and prioritizes eating for nutrition, to properly fuel, and for overall health. This alone has helped me with my fitness goals, but also to FEEL better in my day (more energy, full longer, better sleeps). In additional to proper nutrition, my workouts have been custom tailored to me, and I’m already seeing such great progress.
