I have been training with Shaina for a year and a half. I started with her in my early 50’s. I have always been active but wanted to increase my muscle and my strength. Shaina was so helpful in teaching me proper nutrition and how important the right nutrition is to get to my goal. Her programs were so easy to follow and she was amazing at helping me with my form and giving me tips to follow to improve in areas I was having issues. She also taught me how important sleep was and how to improve my sleep routine to get the best quality sleep. I always enjoyed our zoom meetings, we would set new goals and she would talk me through how I could make it all happen and address any concerns if I had any. Not only did I meet my strength goals that we made, but it was so beneficial mentally. I now have the knowledge to continue my journey of being active and strong in all adventures I tackle moving forward.
