My wife just went to the Shake Shack at IFC to order food for take away (at 4pm Saturday 27 July). One of the items was New York Fries which she paid $50 for, only to find that when she open the Shake Shack bag when she got home there was only a small plain fries which means that the staff packed the wrong order yet she still paid for the food she was supposed to receive. I've tried calling the Shake Shack IFC branch telephone number numerous times and it just keeps going to voicemail so they clearly don't take orders by telephone or accept calls for complaints etc. I've sent emails before as well with no feedback. This isn't the first time we've received incorrect food orders from this branch but usually we would just let it go because it's just not worth the effort to go through all of this but this seriously needs to be addressed and people need to know the quality of service is just shocking.
