This agency approached me in March 2023, sending a translation test and an okay rate. I took the test, passed, and started working on small projects, getting paid as agreed, within 60 days. After a while, they began sending me many projects and delaying payments. Long story short, they owe me USD 1200, and despite signing a Letter before Action, they didn't pay me on the agreed date (15/03/24) and are no longer responding to my emails. It's extremely frustrating to see my translations on the Brazilian website of a major Indian conglomerate and not have been paid for this work. I strongly recommend not working for this company or hiring their services. The agency responded here that it will review the payment that has been late since OCTOBER/2023, but they did not contact me.
