This company exemplifies dishonesty and untrustworthiness. I did not mean to place an order and was waiting for the confirmation page after visiting the payment platform. I quickly sent an email requesting to cancel the order (on a Saturday evening). By Monday, they replied that the order could not be cancelled as it was already 'processing.' I informed them that it shouldn’t be processed since I requested a cancellation. I attempted to call and use the chat support but could not reach anyone. They are still denying my request to cancel the order and issue a refund, even though it hasn’t been shipped. Now they mention their 'guarantee' but fail to disclose that I would have to pay for returning the items and face a restocking fee. I do not want their product!
