Integrity lost . A once great insurer now treating long term valuable customers with impossible wait times , redirected and misdirected calls , incorrect information given . I had home and multiple cars with Shannons for many years and have cancelled home and about to cancel cars after a now 3 month wait with no progress on a not at fault claim on my 1951 classic car .
