What went wrong? Easier to say what went right. I currently have about 7 or 8 cars with them - mostly classics. Poor quality repair. Very poor communications. Initially they wanted me to take car to Gold Coast for repair - I live near Sunshine Coast! Trying to talk to them was horrible and always long wait times. Elevated the poor service to their management. Had to follow them up as nothing happened then the senior executive comes back with "I know nothing". They sent two letters from supposed same person with very different signatures. They were supposed to provide a hire car. However they only approved that after my car was fixed so I was without transport while me car was repaired. They simply don't care and the poor repair... Now owned by Suncorp - they are not the Shannon's I started with.
