I ordered for the shaperwear product on the 12/9/25 and paid for express delivery so that I can use it for a function on 12/13/25. The product didn't arrive as at 21st of December, 2025 so I instructed cash app not to continue with the payment for non performance and opened a dispute claim. Before then, I had written to shaperlady on 12/19/25 but no response. The only response was a random promotional email on 12/26/25 starting with "HI babe...." The product was delivered on 12/29/25 and was so not the same quality or size as advertised. I have been trying to return it to no avail. I need my refund back!
