I ordered a dress from them almost a month ago. When receiving it I realised the dress was poor quality and not as shown on the website. Got in touch via their email to kindly request a refund. I was offered an exchange which I declined as I didn’t want any other products from them. They told me they would issue my refund but have since ignored my multiple emails a week since, asking why it still hasn’t been processed. They seem to purposely be ignoring me so that they can keep my money. Very poor quality items and very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
