The service I encountered was completely unacceptable; it was the worst customer service call I have ever had. I attempted to explain my situation regarding double payments during the holiday season, which left me, a disabled veteran, with no funds. I was informed that this was not their issue. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was there but refused to talk. Their demeanor was childish and smug, which is disheartening given the sacrifices made for this generation. It's truly appalling. If ridiculing and threatening disabled individuals is part of your approach, I can only guess how proud the service must be.
