The service I received was utterly unacceptable; it was the worst customer service call I've ever experienced. I tried to explain my situation regarding double payments during the holiday period, leaving me, a disabled veteran, with no funds. I was told that it was not their concern. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed he was present but unwilling to engage. Their behavior was immature and smug, which is disheartening considering the sacrifices made for this generation. It's truly appalling. If mocking and intimidating disabled individuals is part of your approach, then I can only imagine how proud the company must be.
