I’m updating my review to reflect how this was ultimately resolved.I originally left a 1-star review after being told to stop using my $199 Shargeek Storm2 Slim due to an internal hardware issue. The device was almost three years old, so I understand that it was outside the 12-month warranty and technically did not qualify for a replacement.However, considering the price and the fact that the power bank had been carefully used and was still in excellent external condition, it was disappointing to see it fail due to an internal issue with no solution initially offered. For a premium product at that price point, I had hoped for a bit more flexibility. That was the reason for my negative review at the time.After further communication, SHARGE extended the warranty and offered a replacement. I’ve now received a brand-new Shargeek 140, and I genuinely appreciate that the company reconsidered my case and chose to stand behind their product.The process could have been smoother from the beginning, but in the end they handled it responsibly. I’d also like to thank the support team for taking the time to review my case and work toward a fair solution.
