I ordered some products from their website at a special IFA deal. My order was confirmed and I received a notification that it is on the way. Since I didn't receive the products I contacted customer service and I was only then informed that the IFA special deal is over and they can't sell at that price anymore... I was refunded and given a 15% discount code to reorder at a higher price. I don't like that behaviour.
