UPDATE: After mentioning my ticket number, the company acted quickly to solve the problem. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.My ASP.NET website was down for 2 days. No answers for 2 days and then we receive just a general notice where they say that a huge bug in their latest software update deleted 330 of their servers in Las Vegas.After my website was up again, several things about the web app were broken, particularly the ReportViewer. They do not respond to tickets anymore, they just don't care. And we cannot work because some functionalities of the app are unusable. It's frustrating and sad to see how this company has descended to the lowest possible levels.
