I ordered a rash vest in the Boxing Day sales which took weeks to come. I returned it immediately for an exchange as the colour was way too bright for me. I received no confirmation that they had received it back. When I contacted them in early March I was told it would be another 2-3 weeks. So end of March , summer is over and no rash vest. These aren’t cheap - so to have spent the money not realising I wouldn’t get it immediately, and to never have acknowledgement of the received return is very poor service. My son has one of the rash vests and it is good quality but I won’t be buying again. There should at least be some indication of the time delay when you go to order or an out of stock notification.
