Placed an order on 15 November. Immediately received an email informing me that the item I had ordered was on back order. No indication on the website that the item was not in stock. Unable to get any response from NZ customer service despite multiple emails. Emailed Australian customer service on 6 December and received a response advising me that the item would be ‘available’ in the next 7-10 days. Asked whether ‘available’ means ‘ready to dispatch from Australia’ or ‘delivered to me’. No response as of 9 December. I hope Sharkskin are prepared to be sick of me until I get a refund. Do not shop with this company.Update: the item eventually arrived, two weeks after I needed it. Sharkskin advised me to return it to them for a refund. They signed for the item on 13 January, I’m still waiting for a refund on 24 January.Update: finally received a refund on 27 January. I was advised that the delay was because they have been “overwhelmed with returns.”
