Sharp product - Vitado TV

Sharp product Bought a Roku vitado-led tv 6 months ago from Tesco. I did not keep receipt and can only assume it was because I completed the warranty so assumed this would be proof of purchase - I also showed bank statement which confirmed the amount and date of purchase The tv has on two occasions has not worked and only displayed a speckled screen.. sharp consumer services have said they can find nothing wrong as it’s working ok., even tho o sent the photos of the speckled screen.,I disagreed with them to which they have said can do nothing unless I have the receipt I do not recommend, do not let their low prices sway you
