Purchased a Sharp Washing Machine from Currys on the 01st May, and on the 29th May it stopped working.I have been trying for 1 week to communicate with someone from Sharp UK to obtain a return order number for Currys to send a replacement, and there is no answer on the landline and the call constantly cuts out.Eventually logged a complaint on their Resolve platform, only to have a person constantly resend the same message asking for details of the washing machine.1 Week later and I have still not spoken to a person, or had an actual response to the situation.Beyond frustrated.
