If I could leave a zero review I would. I called sharp three different times got three different women that could barely speak English very knowledgeable very rude and all three said something different about my issue. One woman had me convinced she was correct thankfully I did not take her advice or I would have blown up my headphones. Then I made the mistake of emailing tech support if you can believe it was a worse experience than the phone calls. Nobody there has any knowledge of anything I knew more than the technician did.. I will never be buying a Sharp Aquos TV again... When you make a purchase you look at the whole picture the price the quality and the service after the sale they have no service after the sale!
