OMGI thought that Sharp might come good if I showed up their awful customer service, but seeing all the bad reviews they obviously could not care less.I have just bought a flatbed microwave. Love the look and will probably love the product once I can use it. The specs say it comes with a user manual( obvious I would have thought) but not in the box. After two phone calls and pointing out it is advertised as coming with a manual, they will only send one if I pay £11 for it !!!!!!!!!No way . They now say Amazon advertised it incorrectly but Amazon did not write the “ included in the box” specification.Sharp now want me to email them with a link to Amazon( at 80 I don’t know how to send a link ) so they can “ escalate it.”All I want is a user manual for their product as difficult for me to keep having to download online manual.Come on Sharp, how about a bit of old fashioned customer service ????
