Bought a microwave and it has given up just after 1 year guarantee expired. Emailed the address in hand book who told me they can't help. Gave me another email address and they wouldn't help either. Gave up waiting for helpline to answer. Pen and paper letter to Hq two weeks ago ignored. Terrible customer service and shocking build quality from a firm who used to have such a good reputation. Will not buy Sharp again.
