The customer service experience has been terrible. I ordered a product with a promised 3-day shipping, but it's now been 7 business days (9 including weekends) and it still hasn't arrived. It was shipped via a courier service that only provides recordings when you try to reach them. The tracking shows it’s stuck at the local facility. I waited over 30 minutes on hold only to be disconnected. After leaving my number for a callback, I have yet to hear back. They have my money, and I feel completely ignored.
