I wish that I had kept my money in my bank account. Expecting an order today Thursday, 7/17/2025. There isn't any kind of tracking information on the package. I have been on the phone for the last 4 hours now. SharperImage couldn't tell me anything about the tracking status. I'm going to ask for a full refund. If there was a contest for 'Worse Business Customer Service' Sharper Image would win the Gold Star. The package isn't in NC so why do they keep gaslighting with the phrase: Your package is in transit for delivery today 7/17/2025...bunch of narcs. Update: Sunday 7/20/2025 When do you suppose a delivery date is going to show on this package? It have now been 6 days since shipment.
