I bought an electronic device which they consider a personal device. I opened it. It doesn’t work. I requested to return it. They will not give me a refund. I only get a store credit because I opened it. How would I know if it worked if I didn’t open it? How can they get away with sending out merchandise that doesn’t work and not giving you a refund this is ludicrous and I am mad.
