This is NOT the retail store known as Sharper Image. It is a website owned by con artists and NO customer service. I needed a plug to recharge the light in a lighted facial mirror I bought 2 years ago. I contacted the Sharper Image website to inquire how to purchase one. Long story short, I was asked for receipt number, name, address, phone number before I would get an answer. I refused to give out the personal info until my question was answered. This conversation went back and forth as they would not answer my question (told them I would pay for the new cord and was not looking for a free one). Refused to answer my question till I gave them personal info. What company or scammers bought the name? DO NOT BUY from any Sharper Image catalog! It is not the retail store we once knew.
