I wish I could award them 10 stars instead of just 5! They managed to repair two shavers that no one else could fix. Additionally, they were incredibly courteous and easy to work with. I am sending another shaver to them for repairs and battery replacement. I can't remember being more satisfied with an online experience. AAA+++
