Despite being classified as an independent contractor, the role functioned like traditional employment with excessive job duties, rigid expectations, and micromanagement. Responsibilities expanded without updates or additional compensation, and deadlines were frequently unrealistic. The management style felt chaotic and demoralizing. I caution freelancers against working with this service unless payment terms and role definitions are clear and protected in advance.
