I tried out the new Tru'Skin 250 ML Face lotion on both body and face as the body lotion was working great. I thought the face lotion was MILD. I was surprised to see my face and body peeling 2 days after I applied it to my skin. The instructions say to use the lotion daily. Because my skin started peeling so quick and I continued use daily as stated in the instructions, I got wounds on my neck, face, back, butt, legs and arms.Prior to this I was only using the liposomal glutathione + vitamin c drinks and this was working fine. My skin was fine, guys. Completely fine, beautiful tone! I committed a big mistake by buying the lotions and the soap. I also used a few of the soaps. Because of the strong lightening soap (Tru'skin soap), the whole area under my breast, inside my elbows, and my inner thighs opened up (ripped apart) and it took me 2-3 weeks to heal and completely close the skin that was ripped apart. I had to go to the doctor and the doctor told me to stop using whatever I'm using immediately. That area ofcourse is fully scarred and much darker than the rest; even my feet are lighter. (Too much information) My doctor had to advice me to apply cornstarch under my breasts each day as that is the worst and most difficult part to heal. It's now 3 months later and I finally dare to post a review. My skin is completely healed but I have hyperpigmentation and scars to the max. I'm working hard to fix my skin and giving up on lightening altogether.I would like to advice SHC to:1. Please input more time in the instructions on your site 2. Which products should not be used in combination with each other. These products are very strong and to combine would mean double reactions!!3. Please advice which areas should not be covered with the lotions and soap (for example: chest, inner thighs, elbows are very sensitive areas) .4. Lower the amount of time for the tru'skin strong soaps to be on your body. 3-5 minutes is too long. This will give a burning sensation and make your skin red, resulting in it becoming darker the next month.5. Lower the intensity of the soaps and face lotions. The LA lotion is fine, but the face lotion is even stronger than the LA, this can't be possible!6. The site is slow and not user-friendly when you want to check out multiple times. Logging in and saving the information for later would be a friendlier option for returning customers.7. You're doing a great job regarding customer service and liposomal products. Please continue with this as it is amazing!I give two stars, because I want to sum up and count and deduct the average out of 3 things: customer service, liposomal products and soaps/creams. I give 5 stars to the liposomal products, but 1 star for the soaps and creams. Customer service is also amazing! I will not disagree with that and also give that 5 stars. Shipping is fast (2-3 days) and all the glass bottles arrive in good shape.I'm not angry at the company.
