Yes, it's true that some products, like shampoos can make your hair really dry, but this proves you get great value for what you paid. You just need to use the right products with it to make sure your hair is in optimal conditions. I do think their products are a bit expensive but the products usually last long. (about 3 months, sometimes more) I have pretty long hair so I'll need to use more product. Please make sure you use the right series of products for your hairtype and use them with proper technique. And know, sometimes a product just doesn't work for your hair and that's okay.
