I contacted the program to ask if I could exit early to avoid paying the full amount, but instead of finding a solution, they took months to respond and offered me a website review. I received a few calls that essentially reiterated that “nothing can be done.” It wasn’t helpful and didn’t resolve my issues. Now, over a year later, I am closing my business, and this program has drained most of the loan I took for it. What saddens me most is that instead of feeling cared for as a client, I felt like it was “just business.” I’ve read similar reviews, and it makes me think there may be others who haven’t spoken up. I was hesitant to write this initially because I was upset, but I feel the need to be honest about how things turned out. I hope this helps anyone considering this program, especially if you're just starting out without strong financial backing. Please be fully aware of what the commitment entails.
