I ordered four of the jelly bras that was $106 and some change. I got the suggested size which was a 5X. I received two of the bras and found out that the other two bras were on back order so I would receive those later. When I tried on the bras they were too big in the straps and in the chest area it wasn't tight enough so it didn't fit right. I emailed them and I told them this so since the other two were on backorder they changed the size from a 5x to a 4X and said when they come if those didn't work to get back in touch with them and they'll see what they can do about my refund. The 4x's didn't fit because the shoulder straps were too long and it still didn't fit right in my chest area. I let them know and they going to tell me that since they already did and exchange mind you it was on the that were back ordered they just changed the sizes so they really didn't do any exchange. So since they felt like they already did and exchange on all four bras which they didn't they offered me a $20 voucher and I told them I spent $100 and $6 and you want me to get a $20 voucher and I don't want anything from y'all then they said they would give me a $30 voucher and I told them again it's nothing from y'all that I want to buy I just would like to return your items and get my refund. But they said they couldn't do that because they already did an exchange and I told them you change the sizes on two but you didn't on the other two that I received first the 5x so technically you still owe me and exchange on the 5X. The last response I got was them saying that they were sorry that I wasn't happy with the items but they didn't give me a response when I told them they still owe me and exchange for the 2 5x that I received.
