I ordered 2 balconette bras in a 38DDD but when they arrived they were a bit too big. Their customer service was quick to respond and they're sending me two 36DD at no charge and told me to keep the first order. Not that I can use it but I gave them to my friend and she loves them! I'm looking forward to receiving my new size as the bras themselves are soft and comfortable.
