Avoid avoid avoid. Sales manager Joe is so rude and will mis sell you a product. Don’t believe website prices as they jump and change hourly. I was ripped off . Offered refund then told I’ll lose 20% which was the discounted deal that Joe did not honour. Never ever deal with company, say one thing, sell another. Had to go also and spend a further £50 online purchase for the proper shoes for pergola to secure to ground. Joe said they were with the kit but turned out they were only small angle brackets. First gust of a wind would rip them out of the ground. Avoid avoid avoid. On a good note the staff in the distribution office are the most courteous but they said Joe has to deal with this. I’m still waiting on Joes superior to contact me ….maybe they will now , but they don’t care . Avoid avoid avoid.
