We purchased a garden room from the Shed Factory, it cost just under £9,000. We had gone to the Boucher Road shop/store spoke at length with the sales guy and made the purchase on the day. We built it and discovered that the garden room is actually smaller than we ordered. I phoned about this and exchanged a number of emails and was basically told it was my fault for not reading technical specification on their website - at no time had we been told to look at the technical specifications or that they even existed. The sale person rang me and told me that he doesn't ask questions to help a customer make a decision only answers the questions he is asked. Overall the communication was rude and unhelpful. Will never purchase a thing from them again.
