When I placed the order, the website indicated that I would receive it by December 10th. This turned out to be false. I anticipated receiving a tracking number within a few days, but it took significantly longer—over a week. I attempted to cancel my order, but my request was denied, even though they had not yet processed it. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, yet it didn't arrive until December 24th, and I was already away without the present. I sought a refund and have reached out to customer service numerous times, but I still haven't received the authorization to return the order. This is a service that misrepresents itself and fails to uphold its policies. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
