I ordered a fur-trimmed jacket and a cozy jacquard patchwork sweater. However, what I received after 22 days were cheap, shiny polyester items with printed designs that barely resembled sweaters. The fur trim looked like the fake fur found on a Santa hat. I ordered a 3XL, yet both pieces were small enough for a child. I've been in contact with the support team requesting a full refund, but they only offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I strongly advise against ordering from this place; you will be let down.
