I had bought packages from this platform before and played without issues in the past, but recently I won a significant amount from betting and attempted to redeem it. Three days later, they informed me that my $110 redemption was only valid as a $25 gift card due to easily overlooked stipulations. If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone in the future. I recommend avoiding this platform unless you want to risk losing your money.
