Still waiting on envelopes sent back in August (me and my mom) .. they cannot provide any info on envelopes except they will be credited in the order they are received and reviewed while the original email said they would be credited as soon as they were received. Lack of the company providing any helpful information exempt that these envelopes will be credited under the old AMOE rules. It’s now DECEMBER 1st and still no envelopes and no communication about them. Giving them a 1 star and stopped writing to them because it’s just taking way too long.
