Sheesh Casino, like most other online casinos, awards a free “sweeps coins” bonus each day when you log in. One Friday, I logged in and—long story short—turned my free daily bonus into a $600 redemption. It was a wonderful stroke of luck! I requested the redemption into my VERIFIED bank account exactly 18 days ago (as of the time I am writing this) and it has still not been processed. I have emailed Sheesh Casino multiple times, and they have proceeded to give me the run-around about how they’re “reviewing” my account and my activity and will get back to me. It has been several days since their last communication. I have NEVER had trouble with a redemption request at an online casino and it’s not like the amount in question is thousands of dollars.I have reviewed the terms and conditions on the website, and I have not violated any rules.They will likely respond to this review and claim that I violated some random rule, which of course will not be named specifically, but the bottom line is…Sheesh Casino is dishonest. If you can’t honor legitimate redemption requests within a reasonable amount of time (or AT ALL) you should not be in business.STAY AWAY FROM SHEESH! There are plenty of other legitimate places to play online.Update: As predicted, they have now deactivated my account and refused to honor my redemption request, claiming I violated the rules. There is a reason why this business has a terrible TrustPilot rating; it speaks for itself!
