Customer Service/Redeem Mix Up. Hello,I will gladly change this review when the problem has been fixed. On Sep 11, 2025, I had a payout of $468 that was declined because my bank account that was connected was closed. I contacted Aeropay and Sheesh Casino customer support. After back and forth, Aeropay has told me that the merchant has received the funds in their merchant account, and this is no longer an Aeropay issue. All that is needed to be done is from Sheesh to resend the redemption. I was told that the redemption was sent and is being processed, and then when I further checked up on the progress, support has said my account is under review by the redemption team. I have been dealing with this for almost a month now, and there has been no resolution.If someone can please help me fix this situation, I would be very grateful and gladly change my review.Thank you.
