This is an update to my previous review. I have recently redeemed at this site. I redeemed winnings to gift cards since my bank was not on the Aero Pay list. There was a little wait to get my first card but after I brought it to the attention of Customer Service it was handled promptly. My second card went smoothly, and was handled within the processing time that they said it would be. I just put in my redemption for another card and expect it will be handled promptly also. Looking forward to when they are able to offer the redemption to be paid by debit card, and also hope to be able to purchase gaming packages this way also.
