Very frustrating......I contacted this company by their chat facility on their website and never got a reply......weeks later for some reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made an enquiry again.....no reply?? If this is how they treat their potential customers i certainly don't want to hand over money to them which I will now take elsewhere.....awful customer "service" .....
