I recently received a pair of pillowcases I had ordered from Sheet Story. As I didn’t require them immediately, I didn’t open them for a few weeks, however when I did I discovered they had sent an odd design. On raising this late afternoon on a Sunday, I received an almost immediate response, asking for a photograph. By 10am Monday morning I was advised that I had been sent square pillowcases rather than oblong and a replacement had been despatched, which arrived within a couple of days, with the advice to pass the incorrect ones on to someone who could make use of them. Excellent customer service.
