Customer service sucks, I say or complain about one thing they respond with something completely different that doesn’t address the issue.ordering in cold weather is safe, not so much in hot weather as I witnessed yesterday. Arrived warm because the cheep insulated bags and two bottles of frozen water dont cut it when it is 90’s out and your driver has been making numerous stops for five hours before getting to you.delivery window sucks - 3-8pm is no good if you want it for dinner that day. Thus, you are eating day old food before you even get to eating.They cancel last minute sometimes which is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.if you find a good shef, then the food is great and some are priced very fairly. Others are priced too high for the small portions.i stick with the same jamaican shef as she has the best prices, portions, food and she is super nice and attentive.
