I have had a few nice but overly expensive orders delivered.One time the driver misdelivered to the wrong address and a neighbor down the street was kind enough to bring me my food. One time they misdelivered and I was upset to have no food and no way to speak to customer service. I did send an email and they refunded me the next day.As the food gets more and more expensive (as well as how many chefs are sending frozen food, which shef encourages), it gets more difficult to justify ordering from them versus regular takeout/delivery from a restaurant. I’m no longer sure of the benefit.
