One of the worst customer service I've ever received. I used pay in pump service and shell held £100 and after finished supposed to release the £100 into my account but after 5 working days still nothing and after chatting with agent in live chat his asking me to wait for another 7working days. And he decided to close the matter. Stay away people. Not worth the hassle
