I have two properties ( 35 miles apart) with their basic internet package 8-11 mbps. Neither reach their minimum connection speed and one manages about 5 the other 1.5.Both have got worse in the last six months. Customer services said they would see if they could get it faster, but nothing happened.Edit: I phoned customer services a week later and had a very helpful person. He actually tested then acknowledged there was a fault on the line and got a BT engineer to fix it. Regretful that the first time I called I was just fobbed off.
