My thoughts go out to you if you try to use their fuel rewards app. The employees at their garages act like the discounts are coming directly out of their wages. They’ll verbally abuse you for wanting to pay cash after they’ve chosen card on the till without asking you first and then call you stupid, and sometimes flat out refuse to scan your card just because?? They’ve cost me hundreds of pounds worth of points, which I could usually claim back online anyway but this last time I was even refused a receipt for my fuel. I put a formal complaint in against the garage and the higher-ups couldn’t care less. Took well over a month to respond and all they said was “we’ve retrained the staff”. No compensation, no freebie points, just a sour taste left from dealing with a shambles of a company. I use BP now instead where the staff are friendly and I’ve never failed to receive my loyalty points.
