As a loyal customer I get a broadband offer about £17.99.I accepted, but for some reason they was not able to set it in 3 weeks, until the next bill arrived so I had to pay the former price more than £26.When the next bill arrived there have been a £18.46.I phoned them and the customer assistants were not able to tell me the reason.I told tham I cancel the direct debit and they need to set a new one for £17.99. They still were not able to set a direct debit,but they have already closed my complaint! I dont what they are thinking why should I accept this unacceptible customer service and stay loyal.We are say goodbye soon if they are not willing to keep theit word and I wont get the £17.99 offer.Someone should correct the broadband package, send the new contract to me and set a new direct debit.It seems they are not able to do it.PS.I do not want to hear that again from their "exellent" agent the £ 18.46 price is worth to me!Such a rip off!That's not the offer was about!Account number 4674240I just checked my shell account and I see I according to the statement I paid £18.46, but actually they deducted more than £26 from my bank account!!!
